Education & Credentials Dr. Young earned her Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biochemistry from Arizona State University, where she participated in research studies investigating the physiological effects of stress.

Her advanced certifications include:

Beyond the Practice Raised in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Young now resides in Portland, Oregon, with her husband and their two dogs, Jonah and Billy.
